We process client contact details and digital artwork solely to provide image retouching, postproduction, proofing, and certified print services.
Artwork and images
Client-supplied artwork may include images of identifiable individuals. We process these files only on client instructions and for the agreed services.
Retention
Proofing files are retained for up to 3 months. Retouching project files and related records may be retained for up to 6 years to meet contractual and legal obligations.
Sharing and security
Files are delivered securely using services such as Dropbox and printed proofs are delivered by trusted couriers. Access is restricted to authorised personnel.
